At Sub Zero, we want to ensure your street style is always on point. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
